SCRUTINY FEES, DEVELOPMENT CHARGES, LABOUR CESS, ANCILLARY FSI PREMIUM, PAID FSI PREMIUM, SECURITY DEPOSIT, FIRE INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES, RESIDENTIAL USE PREMIUM IN RP AREA IF APPLICABLE.

SCRUTINY FEES, DEVELOPMENT CHARGES, RESIDENTIAL USE PREMIUM IN RP AREA IF APPLICABLE.

0.5% FOR RESIDENTIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USE, 0.75% FOR INDUSTRIAL AND 1% FOR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE RATES OF DEVELOPED LAND MENTIONED IN THE STAMP DUTY READY RECKONER.

2% FOR RESIDENTIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USE, 3% FOR INDUSTRIAL AND 4% FOR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE RATES OF DEVELOPED LAND MENTIONED IN THE STAMP DUTY READY RECKONER.

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF, ANY LAND OR BUILDING VESTED IN OR UNDER THE CONTROL OR POSSESSION OF THE CENTRAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT OR OF ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY.

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANY LAND OR BUILDING WHICH IS PROPOSED FOR WAREHOUSE OR GODOWN OR BY ANY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, MEDICAL INSTITUTION OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTION AND A SPECIAL TOWNSHIP PROJECT UNDERTAKEN BY A PRIVATE DEVELOPER.

1) 15% OF THE RATE OF SAID LAND.

2) 5% OF THE RATE OF SAID LAND SITUATED IN THE AREAS WHICH ARE CONVERTED INTO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL/ NAGAR PANCHAYAT WITHIN RP AREA.

1) FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE OF AN OWNER OR FARM HOUSE ON OWNER'S LAND.

2 ) FOR REVISED PERMISSION ON THE LAND WHERE DEVELOPMENT PERMISSION IS GRANTED PRIOR TO SANCTION OF THE RESPECTIVE REGIONAL PLAN, i.e. COMMITTED DEVELOPMENT AS PER REG. NO. 5.1.3.

SCRUTINY FEES ARE APPLIED AS PER REG. No. 2.2.12 of UDCPR.

YES, SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF CONSTRUCTION IS DONE AS PER BUILDING PERMISSION.

LABOUR CESS IS CHARGED AS 1% OF CONSTUCTION COST MENTIONED IN THE STAMP DUTY READY RECKONER.

PARKING MORE THAN 50% OVER AND ABOVE STIPULATED IN TABLE 8 B AND 8C, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF CHARGES AT THE RATE OF 10% OF LAND RATE MENTIONED IN THE ASR.

FOR PUBLIC SEMI-PUBLIC, HOTEL, HOSPITAL, EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS, SUCH PARKING SPACE CHARGES SHALL NOT BE LEVIABLE.

10% OF VALUE OF LAND UNDER PROPOSAL AS PER ASR

7.5% AND 10% OF CONSTRUCTION COST AS PER ASR FOR RESIDENTIAL USER AND FOR NON RESIDENTIAL USER RESPECTIVELY.

GUNTHEWARI REGULARIZATION CHARGES ARE TAKEN BY AUTHORITY AS PER RATES DECIDED IN GOVERNMENT ORDER DATED 18.10.2021 OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA.

AN INTEREST AT THE RATE OF EIGHTEEN PER CENT. PER ANNUM UPON ANY AMOUNT OUTSTANDING SHALL BE PAYABLE FROM THE DATE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE DATE ON WHICH THE PERIOD OF THIRTY DAYS.

RATE OF PREMIUM FOR HIGHER FSI PERMISSIBLE FOR CERTAIN BUILDING IS AS PER TABLE NO.7A OF UDCPR.

1/3rd OF AMOUNT OF SCRUTIFY FEE REQUIRED AS PER REG. No. 2.2.12 of UDCPR.

1-FOR ENGINEER, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER AND TOWN PLANNER : RS.3000/- FOR THREE YEARS.

2-FOR SUPERVISOR (1) AND FOR SUPERVISOR (2) : RS.1500/- FOR THREE YEARS.
